Hi, I’m Lance!
Architect, Designer, & Urban Planner
I am a Registered and Licensed Architect from the
Philippines currently based in New York City pursuing an
M.S. Urban Planning degree
at the
Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture,
Planning and Preservation.
In 2019, I graduated as the Class
Valedictorian from the University of the Philippines
College of Architecture with a B.S. Architecture
degree.
Presently, I am working as an Urban
Planning & Design Intern at Stantec's New York
office.
My professional experience includes
architectural design and plan production, thorough
zoning and building code reviews, coordination with
allied professionals, and the
management of projects
from conceptualization to completion.
Presently, my keen interests are in
studying cities on the street level
and
exploring how mobility and transit culture can be
strengthened
in car-centric urban fabrics through community and
data-driven planning and design.
Beyond
planning and design, I thoroughly enjoy taking walks
around the city, plantcare, and practicing yoga!
